Online ADHD Coaching

Coaching that helps you get organised, reduce overwhelm, and make steady, meaningful progress.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with yourself, you’re not alone.

ADHD coaching helps you slow things down and move forward with confidence.

Feeling like this?

  • Your mind feels busy or cluttered
  • You struggle to start or finish things
  • Everyday tasks feel overwhelming
  • You’re hard on yourself, even when you’re capable

If this sounds familiar, you want things to feel calmer and more manageable, you are not alone.

How ADHD coaching helps adults and young adults

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about identifying the traits and uniqueness of your individual mind, and providing you with the tools to manage them more effectively.

We focus on what actually works for you.

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching.

Paul Martin - ADHD Coach

I’m an ADHD Works–accredited coach, offering support shaped by lived experience and a calm, practical coaching approach.

Like many of the people I work with, I know what it’s like to feel capable on the outside, but internally overwhelmed — with a busy mind, too many things competing for attention, and a sense that things should be easier than they are.

My approach is grounded in a supportive, down-to-earth style. I understand how ADHD can affect focus, confidence, emotions, and everyday life — especially when everything feels noisy or urgent.

Sessions are supportive, down-to-earth, and often include a bit of humour when it helps things feel lighter.

This is:

  • non-judgemental
  • practical, not preachy
  • focused on progress, not perfection

You don’t need to know exactly what you want help with — we can work that out together.

Access to Work support

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that can fund practical support, including ADHD coaching, for people in work.

If you’re in employment, ADHD coaching may be funded through the UK Access to Work scheme.

I offer coaching that meets the scheme's requirements and can support you through the process if needed — keeping things as clear and straightforward as possible.

If this applies to you, we can talk it through on a free call.
